The Rubin Museum of Art (RMA) is offering an ASL Tour on March 20, 2009 at 7:00 PM led by Maleni Chaitoo.  The evening’s topic will be “Embroidery and Identity” and will focus on our tapestry, textiles and embroidery exhibit on the museum’s 4th floor. Please take a moment to view our website: www.rmanyc.org for a glimpse of this exhibit.  As always our ASL Interpreter, Andria Alefhi, will accompany the tour and translate for our hard of hearing audience as we do not have assistive listening devices.

The tour meets at the bottom of our spiral staircase.  So come and enjoy free Fridays at the RMA from 7:00 PM – 10 PM.  Prior to the tour do stop by the K2 Lounge on the 1st floor. Happy Hour begins at 6:00 PM and drinks are two-for-one.
