This year marks the 50th Anniversary of the Deafness Research Foundation, and to recognize its achievements thus far and to re-commit itself to the future, the Deafness Research Foundation is hosting a special 50th Anniversary Celebration on May 14, 2008 at The Hudson Theatre in New York City. We are proud to be honoring Collette Ramsey Baker, Founder of the Deafness Research Foundation, who will receive the DRF Lifetime Achievement Award for her continued support in bringing national attention to hearing health. For their dedication to our cause, we will also be honoring Senator Tom Harkin with the DRF Leadership Award and Dr. Lucille Beck DRF Research and Public Education Award.
