Information on DRF Accounts

In order to fully utilize the DRF website, you may at times be asked to sign in or upgrade your account with us.  The DRF accounts are completely free of charge, and you always have access to your personal account settings.  Once logged in, you may change your password or email address, and if you forget a password, you can request that it be sent to you.

The concept of the accounts is that you set up on initial user name and password.  As you want to use additional features on the website, you will "upgrade" your account to include access to these areas.  When you upgrade your account, you may be asked additional information relevant to the feature you are trying to use.

Some features that require account creation or login:
-Subscribe to Hearing Health Magazine
-View archive articles of Hearing Health Magazine
-Submit a Grant Application or Report
-Make a Donation
-Register for an event
-Submit a conference abstract
-Request or e-newsletter

Please note that if you signed up for Hearing Health magazine (and you receive it in the mail) or if you have signed up for an e-newsletter on our former website, you will not have an account with DRF.  This in no way affects your delivery of Hearing Health magazine.

Please also note that if you change an address on your DRF account, this does not automatically change the address that the DRF has on our constituent database.  In order to change the address where you would like mail from DRF sent, please email info@drf.org.
